My local take
Hedonism II has been a Negril institution for decades, and it’s very clear about what it is: an adults-only, clothing-optional, lifestyle-friendly all-inclusive built around theme nights, parties and a very social crowd. You choose a clothing-optional or au naturel (nude) side for your room and beach. My take: it suits open-minded adults who want that atmosphere and know exactly what they’re booking. If you want a quiet, conventional romantic trip, this is the wrong resort, and that’s not a criticism. For the other resorts with clothing-optional areas and their house rules, see my guide to clothing-optional resorts in Jamaica.
For a conventional adults-only resort, look at Couples Swept Away on Seven Mile Beach or Sunset at the Palms, a small adults-only resort in Negril. More options: the best adults-only all-inclusive resorts in Jamaica.
