Royalton CHIC Jamaica is a new adults-only all-inclusive being built on the beach in Runaway Bay, and it isn’t open yet. Blue Diamond Resorts announced it in March 2025 for late 2026. Royalton’s own website now says it opens in summer 2027, with no exact date, and it isn’t on the Jamaica Tourist Board’s list of hotels. CHIC is Royalton’s party brand: DJs, themed nights and foam parties, aimed at couples, friends and social travelers.
My take: it’s worth watching if you want a lively adults-only resort on the north coast, but don’t plan a trip around it until Royalton confirms a date. Openings like this often slip, and this one already has once. I’ll update this page when it opens.
