My local take
Ocean Eden Bay is the adults-only half of H10’s pair at Coral Spring, on the Trelawny coast between Montego Bay and Falmouth. It has 444 suites, its own pool, beach area and six restaurants, and H10 gives its guests full use of everything at the family resort next door, Ocean Coral Spring. My take: that makes it a good adults-only pick for couples who like choice and a lively night. If you want an adults-only resort where you never see a child, the shared lazy river, bowling alley and nightclub won’t suit you.
The name is changing. The Jamaica Gleaner reported on September 4, 2026 that H10 will rename the resort Ocean Allure Eden Bay from November 1, 2026, moving it into Ocean Allure, the group’s luxury adults-only collection. The Gleaner reports that the change adds welcome champagne, personal concierge service, an unlimited dining concept with 24-hour room service, and butler service in the Privilege category. It’s the same resort on the same beach, so if you see either name when booking, it’s this place. I’ll update this page once the new name is live.

All 444 rooms are suites. Junior suites face the gardens, the pool or the ocean; the nature-view ones have a king bed or two doubles, a sitting area with sofa bed and a furnished terrace. Swim-up suites open onto the pool, rooftop suites add a terrace jacuzzi, and master suites have more space and separate areas. The minibar is restocked daily with water, soft drinks and beer. Privilege suites add butler and concierge service, a premium minibar, 24-hour room service and Rituals toiletries. H10 says the resort is fully accessible, with ramps, elevators and adapted rooms.
Food & drink
Eden Bay has its own buffet, Captain’s Market, and the Marlin Beach Restaurant, which serves a Jamaican-style breakfast, Caribbean and international lunches with jerk chicken, and Mediterranean dinners. For dinner there are also Bluemoon (French), the Steak House and the Senses Dinner Show, with a different theme each week, plus a restaurant for Privilege guests. You can also eat at Ocean Coral Spring’s nine restaurants open to all guests, from Indian at Thali to Jamaican at Sugar Cane. Senses, the Steak House, La Locanda and Sakura need booking ahead. My take: lunch at Marlin, by the sea, is the best way to see whether the jerk holds up.
Pool & beach
The resort is on the beach at Coral Spring, with its own quiet beach area, sun loungers and waiter service; Privilege guests get a separate area with Bali beds. Eden Bay’s adults-only pool has a hydromassage area and swim-up bar. The lazy river and the main pool, which H10 describes as for all ages, are shared with Ocean Coral Spring. Non-motorized water sports are included; diving and motorized water sports cost extra.
Location
Coral Spring is on the Trelawny coast east of Montego Bay, about 35 km and 35 to 45 minutes from Sangster International Airport, according to H10. Falmouth is about 8 km away. For a night out of the resort, take the boat on the Luminous Lagoon, or spend a morning rafting on the Martha Brae. Locals will tell you to do the lagoon on a dark night, away from the full moon.
