7 Things Tourist Men Love About Jamaican Women

Jamaica offers much more than white sandy beaches and tropical sunshine. There’s another reason why men sneak off to to the island and end up coming back year after year.

It’s not the fancy resorts or zest for adventure; it’s the women! Oh yes, those sun-kissed bodied women.

For me, I’m lucky to have had the opportunity to date Jamaican women myself (I am Jamaican after all). So I know a thing or two about what these guys mean when they say they’re hooked. I’ve also interacted with quite a few tourists who have shared their experiences and love for the dark chocolate Jamaican woman.

So this article will pretty much share with you everything I’ve come to know about what Jamaican women have to offer and the things men love about them.

#1 – Skin Complexion

Perhaps the most striking feature of a Jamaican woman is their dark skin tone. Now, of course, Jamaica is a country filled with people of many nationalities and different complexions; but tourists love seeing dark women. They admire them for the smoothness and as some say “clean skin.” Some have also said dark skin doesn’t show up veins as much as lighter complexions normally would.

#2 – The Curvaceous Bodies

What do you know bout dem curves?
It’s said that many visitors to the island enjoy admiring the curves of a woman. Women here take great pride in the way they look, and that’s an attractive trait to many. You can always expect a few admiring glances from tourists if you’re a woman that has her outfit well put together and you’re well presented.

Side Note: Men here love to comment on the appearance of a woman’s bottom half. If it protrudes and prints out in the pants, men go wild and say you’re from “buff bay” (a slang term for suggesting you have a fat vagina). I assume for any tourist men that come here searching their eyes would jump at such a sight too. Wouldn’t you agree?

#3 – If she can cook, you gonna love her

They say the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. There’s so much truth to that for local men as well as tourists. Let’s face it, “we love we belly and variety is life.” If a woman knows how to throw down in the kitchen and prepare a nice meal you best realize she’s going to be loved.

She just has to make up some delicious ackee and saltfish and boil dumpling or a delightful pot of curry goat (yum!).

Th personality of a Jamaican woman is amazing.

4 – Personality goes a long way

According to an article in the Huffington Post, there are certain personality traits which are universally attractive to men. These attributes include a good sense of humor, kindness, and intelligence.

This is true whenever you meet anyone. You will always be drawn to someone that makes you laugh and keeps you entertained. You can tick that box when it comes to some women in Jamaica.

#5 – Sassy with a dash of attitude

With a pleasant personality also comes a “little feistiness” (in some cases).

Don’t ask me why but some men find this attractive. They love the challenge of not only winning over a woman’s heart, but they also like and appreciate that she’s not a “pushover.”

#6 – She Can Throw Down on the Dance Floor

Music and dance in Jamaica have surely come a far way. It’s in the Jamaican blood. And while not all females throw down on the dance floor, we can’t ignore the fact that some visitors to the island are intrigued and attracted to the sensually-appealing dance moves.

#7 – Independence

Yeah, it’s true you do have some women that are dependent on a man to “carry them in life.” But this isn’t true for the vast majority of women here. You’ll find a lot of beautiful young ladies that are self-driven and independent. Many tourists looking for love find this attractive.

This song summarizes it all. Have a listen (it’s quite humorous).

Well, there you have it. Now, I’m sure other qualities appeal to the hearts of many men, but these are the top ones that came to mind.
