Jamaican Peanut Punch Recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • ½ pound peanut butter
  • 1 ½ pints water
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg, grated
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Method:

  1. Place the peanut butter and half the water in a blender and blend.
  2. Gradually add the remaining water while continuing blending.
  3. Thoroughly blend until the mixture is liquefied.
  4. Using a sieve, strain the mixture into a jug by pouring a little bit at a time.
  5. Add the vanilla essence, condensed milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and honey.
  6. Mix thoroughly and serve cold.
